Cancellation & Refund Policy

Class Cancellations

Clients may cancel a scheduled class up to 24 hours before the class start time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in loss of payment.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If a class is canceled by the studio, participants will receive a full refund or class credit.
